Highlights included hand-rolled sushi made from the freshest ingredients, reimagined favorites like Nobu’s signature black cod, the finest cuts of Wagyu beef, and whimsical desserts like matcha soft serve ice cream. Attendees also delighted in premium libations, featuring the iconic Matsuhisa Martini, Suntory Whisky, and Nobu’s esteemed collaboration with Qui Tequila, in addition to – of course – Hokusetsu Sake.

Longtime collaborator Rockwell Group created an installation concept for the event that tells the story of Nobu’s design evolution over the decades.

There is a snack bar open throughout the day with smoothies and healthy snacks. My favorite were their daily made scones! Of course one of the biggest fears for most, if it is your first time visiting is staying hungry from eating healthy. I assure you, there is nothing to worry about. Each meal served was absolutely delicious, nutritious and generous. Even presentation is impressive. Delicious soups, fish, yummy appetizers and desserts. We really enjoyed various after dinner entertainment- a jazz trio one night and a pianist another.

Bindi Shirodhara is an ancient Ayurvedic therapy designed to calm the mind and promote overall well-being. It is sure to say , one of the most relaxing and pleasant experiences you can have, especially if you are a frequent spa visitor. During the Bindi Shirodhara experience at Canyon Ranch Lenox, guests are treated to a tranquil environment where soothing music and aromatic scents enhance the therapeutic effects of the treatment. You first answer few questions so that your Ayurvedic dosha is determined. There are three : kapha- water and earth, pitta- fire and water and vata- space and air.  Than all you have to do is get comfortable and based on traditional Ayurvedic principles restore balance to body and mind. Special oils corresponding to your dosha and an herbal masque prepare you for the Shirodhara – warm oil over the third eye and scalp. For a first timer it is very exciting!

Asked me about my habits and then proceeded to check my ears and my tongue. These gave him a full picture of the state of my well being and what kind of acupuncture is needed. Than thin needles are placed into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow and promote healing. Personalized acupuncture treatments aim at addressing various health concerns, such as pain management, stress reduction, digestive issues, and emotional well-being. Through the Chinese Vitality program at Canyon Ranch Lenox, guests have the opportunity to explore ancient healing traditions, get a recommendation for herbal formulas  and integrate them into their modern lifestyles.
